Who we are
Nuno is a brand-visibility service for independent hotels and destination brands, available at discovernuno.com. It is operated by Spinlink Inc, a Delaware corporation doing business as Nuno (“DBA Nuno”), whose registered office is 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware 19808. What we collect
- Information you give us. When you use the contact form we collect your name, company, email and the message you send, so we can respond.
- Analytics data. If you consent to analytics cookies, we collect anonymised usage data (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) to understand how the site is used. IP addresses are anonymised. No analytics is loaded unless you accept.
- Essential data. Basic technical data needed to serve the site securely (for example, your consent choice, stored in your browser).
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries you send us.
- To measure and improve the site, where you have consented.
- To keep the site secure and working.
Legal bases (GDPR)
We rely on your consent for analytics; on our legitimate interest in responding to you and keeping the site secure; and on performance of a contract where you become a client.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you (for example, analytics and email providers), under agreements that require them to protect it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Retention & security
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete it. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.
How we process your data
We keep processing minimal. This is the complete list.
- Contact and demo notes — name, company, email, property, message. Processed by Formspree (United States) so we can reply. Legal basis: steps at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) or our legitimate interest in answering (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Google Analytics — loads only after you accept in the cookie banner, with IP anonymisation. Sets the _ga and _ga_<container> cookies (about 2 years). Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Data is processed in the United States.
- Vercel Analytics — cookieless page statistics, also loaded only after you accept. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Data is processed in the United States.
- Hosting — Vercel (United States) serves the site and keeps short-lived technical logs. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running a secure site (Art. 6(1)(f)).
You can withdraw analytics consent at any time with the Cookie settings control in the footer. You also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and the right to complain to your EU supervisory authority. Write to hello@discovernuno.com.
