At Spinlink Inc., doing business as Nuno ("Nuno," "we," "us," or "our"), we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your data from our systems.

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data that we have collected and stored. This includes data provided directly by you as well as data collected automatically through your use of our services.

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete your personal data from our active systems within 30 days, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal or regulatory purposes.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your data, please send an email to our privacy team with the following information:

• Your full name and email address associated with your account
• A description of the data you would like deleted
• Any relevant account identifiers

3. What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon a valid deletion request, the following data will be removed from our systems:

• Account information (name, email, phone number)
• Business profile data
• Usage data and analytics associated with your account
• Communications and support history
• Any content you have created or uploaded through our platform

4. Data We May Retain

In certain circumstances, we may be required to retain some of your data even after a deletion request. This includes:

• Information required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations
• Data necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements
• Records required for financial reporting or tax purposes
• Aggregated or anonymized data that cannot be used to identify you

Any retained data will be securely stored and only used for the specific purposes outlined above.

5. Processing Timeline

We will process your data deletion request as follows:

• Acknowledgment: Within 3 business days of receiving your request
• Verification: We may contact you to verify your identity before processing
• Completion: Data will be deleted within 30 days of a verified request
• Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete

6. Third-Party Data

If Formspree, Google, or Vercel processes your data for us as described in our Privacy Policy, we will instruct the processor to delete or restrict the data. We will keep evidence of our request and the processor's completion. Under Article 19, we will also communicate the deletion to recipients unless this is impossible or requires disproportionate effort. If a lawful retention exception applies, we will state what data we must keep and why.
