CEO
Paola founded Nuno to make distinctive hotels and destinations easier for the right guests to discover. She built simulators, optimization algorithms and experimentation frameworks at Rappi, on systems that made decisions across millions of orders each minute.
Head of Editorial
Farah has spent her career immersed in travel, culture and storytelling, from Wallpaper* and its City Guides to Net-a-Porter, PORTER and Vogue's international editions. At Nuno she works inside the product process, not only on the finished editorial.

Adrian works on problems where a change cannot be measured directly. At Rappi he built dispatch graphs, supply and demand management, ETA forecasting and experimentation frameworks. At Nuno he builds the system that runs the same questions, on the same surfaces, on a fixed schedule, with every answer recorded.
